Today we had "Walking Tacos" for our fundraiser food.
It's simply a bag of fritos, and you load all the ingredients inside the bag!

10 Days Away! Hooray!

Can you believe we are only 10 days away from the show!?

We've been pretty busy preparing for the show on September 14th.

A few weeks ago we went over to Brunch to hang up some posters.

Take a look at some advertisements we posted!

 And a big thank you to Laura Cook, Chelsey Dever, Jose Cardenas,
and Kaylea Fivecoat for going with us to make some final preparation decisions. 

And another huge thank you to Laura Cook for designing the posters!

It's been a rough, busy journey getting to where we are right now, but it 

will definitely be worth it once we see everyone's work hanging in the show.

We all really hope you can make it out to the show on Friday, September 14th. I

t's from 7:00pm - 10:00pm and there will be free hors d'oeuvres provided by Brunch. 

Drinks will also be available for anyone interested!

That's right! We're going to be selling T-Shirts at the show for $15.00 each. We hope you can make it on September 14th to see all the artwork and to mingle with all the artists as well.

If you'd like to purchase a shirt, but you will not be at the show, head over to our facebook page and send us a message. We can order you a shirt right away! (:

One month to go!

We're only a month away from our show!

Everyone is working hard on getting their pieces finished so we can have a great art exhibit. Show your support by hitting the donate button on the left side of the page - every little bit will help!

50/50 Raffle

We are having a 50/50 raffle and the winner will be announced at the show!

Make sure if you have purchased tickets (which are only $1.00 a piece) to come to the show on the 14th to pick up the money! We hope you all can make it and we are so excited to show our work and mingle with everyone. Have a great week! You'll hear from our group again later this week! (:

Raw Brunch

The Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg & Brunch
are collaborating to present Raw Art Exhibit.

Brunch is truly the perfect space. A few students looked around at different spaces and galleries, and Gallery KH actually referred us to Brunch. Since we will be hanging up a lot of posters from each artist/student, we needed a large space and we are so thankful that we found Brunch to help us put on the show!

RAW Art Exhibit

What? 

The Art Direction class from the Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg will be holding an Art Exhibit in the River North District on September 14th, 2012 from 7:00pm - 10:00pm.

Who?
We are a group of twenty seven ambitious artists collaborating to portray our creative interpretation of what is "RAW & undefined" to us.
